As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to driving our company's growth.Job Description:Deliver High-Quality Solutions: You will be responsible for developing and implementing risk and data analytic strategies across various industries, working closely with stakeholders to drive implementation.Collaborate Across Teams: Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of projects.Manage Time Constraints: You must effectively manage challenging time constraints and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality results.Develop Management Reports: You will develop and generate management reports for portfolio monitoring, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.Collect, Analyze, and Identify Key Indicators: You will collect data, analyze it, and identify key differentiating indicators for segmentation and driving effective risk mitigation and marketing strategies.Work Closely with Partner Teams: You will work closely with partner teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend new data that contributes to overall risk and marketing strategies.Simulate Risk and Marketing Strategies: You will analyze portfolio trends and simulate risk and marketing strategies to provide actionable recommendations.Collaborate with Data Science Team: You will work closely with the data science team on model building and deployment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.Build Scorecards: You will build scorecards that leverage both internal performance data and external performance data to drive informed decision-making.Present Analysis and Strategy: You will perform analysis, develop strategies, and craft presentations that articulate complex ideas for leadership review.Requirements:A quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, or economics or related disciplines.Knowledge of database query language (e.g., SQL) and developer tools such as Python, R, or Databricks in a finance or analytics field.Prior model building experience is beneficial but not essential.An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across teams.
