Job Title: Transfer Pricing LeaderWe seek a seasoned transfer pricing professional to spearhead our global transfer pricing function.This critical role is responsible for ensuring worldwide compliance, mitigating tax risk, and developing tax-efficient intercompany pricing strategies aligned with our operational objectives.A key responsibility involves creating comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reports, in full compliance with local tax regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.Coordinate and manage the end-to-end documentation process, ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and prepared on time across all relevant jurisdictions.Develop and review transfer pricing models and benchmarks (e.g., comparable searches) to validate and support all intercompany pricing arrangements on an arm's length basis.The ideal candidate will have experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or finance, preferably gained within a multinational corporate environment or a public accounting firm.Requirements:Proven expertise in transfer pricing, including technical knowledge of transfer pricing policies and methodologies.Familiarity with international tax laws and regulations, as well as OECD guidelines.Excellent communication and project management skills.What We Offer:An opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced multinational environment.A chance to develop and implement tax-efficient intercompany pricing strategies.Professional growth and development opportunities.
