As a senior business leader, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's revenue growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in pricing and revenue management, with the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with our business goals, as well as maintaining a robust pricing framework that ensures consistency and control across all service lines.Pricing Strategy & GovernanceDevelop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness while minimizing risk.Maintain a comprehensive pricing framework that includes cost-plus, value-based, and market-based models for various service lines.Standardize pricing governance across geographies, verticals, and deal types to ensure seamless execution and effective control.Deal Pricing & Bid SupportLead the pricing process for new RFPs, renewals, and change requests in partnership with sales, finance, and delivery teams.Model financial outcomes (P&L, IRR, payback period) to assess commercial viability and make informed decisions.Recommend optimal commercial structures (FTE, connect minutes, transaction-based, outcome-based, or hybrid models) that balance business needs with customer expectations.Cost Modeling & BenchmarkingDevelop and maintain accurate cost models (labor, tech, infrastructure, overhead) across regions and service lines to ensure data-driven decision making.Benchmark pricing and costs against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and identify areas for improvement.Monitor variance between estimated and actual delivery costs to optimize processes and minimize waste.Profitability ManagementAnalyze deal-level and portfolio-level profitability to identify margin improvement levers and drive strategic initiatives.Collaborate with delivery and finance teams to develop and execute plans that increase profitability and reduce costs.Track price realization versus contracted rates to ensure alignment with business objectives.Commercial Analytics & InsightsBuild and maintain pricing dashboards and tools to monitor trends, elasticity, and competitive dynamics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing performance and client behavior, enabling informed decision making.Support leadership in driving business growth through data-driven strategies.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with sales, FP&A, and operations teams to ensure alignment between pricing, delivery, and financial targets.Support finance during budgeting and forecasting with pricing and revenue insights to ensure accuracy and reliability.Train sales teams on pricing rationale and negotiation guardrails to ensure consistent messaging and execution.Continuous Improvement & AutomationImplement automation tools (e.g., CPQ, pricing databases, margin simulators) to streamline processes, reduce manual errors, and improve efficiency.Continuously refine methodologies based on deal performance and feedback from stakeholders to ensure ongoing improvement.Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and process simplification to drive business agility and scalability.
