Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Back Office Executive to support our trading and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for trade reconciliation, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within regulatory guidelines. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations for equity, derivatives, and options.
  • Perform trade reconciliation and ensure accuracy of client transactions.
  • Maintain client records and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for internal teams and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with front-office, compliance, and finance teams for smooth operations.
  • Resolve client queries related to account statements, transactions, and settlements.
  • Ensure timely MIS and data entry activities with accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in back-office operations (preferably in broking/financial services).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with trading/settlement software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of SEBI compliance guidelines is an advantage.
