In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of building and leading our global inside sales engine for a flagship product in the hiring domain. You will work directly with the founders to convert our early momentum into scalable growth across the US, APAC, and Middle East regions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a high-velocity inside sales strategy targeting global markets.- Lead revenue generation efforts, manage pipeline conversion, and build a robust sales team.- Drive both outbound and inbound sales motions to secure mid-market and enterprise HR tech deals.- Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) playbooks, pricing strategies, product demos, and founder-led pilots.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates to optimize sales funnels.- Confidently represent Gappeo in discussions with CHROs, founders, and Talent Acquisition heads.Who You Are:- Possess 4+ years of proven sales success in HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms.- Have deep sales experience in the US, APAC, and MENA hiring or HR software markets.- Exhibit strong storytelling abilities and a closer mentality with a hunter mindset.- Are data-driven, hands-on, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a startup.- Have experience in building and mentoring a lean inside sales team.- Excel in navigating ambiguity and are eager to take ownership of outcomes.Key Skills:- B2B Sales- Inside Sales- Outbound SalesQualifications:- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Join UpRise Labs and be part of a team that is shaping the future of technology and innovation.
