How would your role at Navi look like?
● Responsible for leading the health insurance sales team.
● Guide and motivate the health insurance sales team on their monthly targets, evaluate their performance and conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations.
● Run daily team stand-up, ensure high team productivity and adherence to defined protocols.
● Maintain integrity and transparency while dealing with customers and ensure that the team follows the same.
● Providing and maintaining MIS reports, and reviewing feedback on a Daily / Weekly & Monthly basis.
● Ensure that the team is up to date on all the product & process updates.
● Identify and drive process improvement initiatives
What are some good to have skills for this role?
● Strong communication, influencing skills, and calling etiquette
● 2+ years of people management experience in telesales, customer experience, and/or operations role
● Should have a working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
● Should have high professional ethics and integrity
● Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
● Preferred: Background in sales
