Job Title: Senior Manager - International Tax StrategyWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our international tax strategy. This role will be based in Bangalore, India, and report directly to the Group Head of Taxation in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international tax and transfer pricing, with excellent knowledge of global tax laws and regulations. They will be responsible for creating and executing tax strategies that optimize our global tax position while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement international tax strategies for the global region, optimizing our tax position while remaining compliant.Identify global tax opportunities for tax optimization, deductions, credits, and incentives.Monitor and actively manage the ETR position of entities.Spearhead international tax planning efforts agreed with Global Head of Taxation, considering the impact of tax treaties on cross-border transactions.Tax Compliance:Ensure that we comply with all tax laws and regulations globally.Oversee and support Finance teams to ensure they comply with relevant country tax laws and regulations.Requirements:MBA or CA with a minimum 8 years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing.Strong understanding of global tax laws and regulations, including BEPS, CbC reporting, and OECD guidelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
