Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trade Operations Specialist to support portfolio managers in trade execution and operational processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in markets and trading.The Trade Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing and monitoring trades/algorithms as instructed by the Portfolio Manager, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, they will manage, upload, and reconcile trades and P&L reports, coordinate with counterparties on trade settlement and risk reconciliation, perform trade and strategy analysis to support portfolio decision-making, apply basic programming skills to automate trade/strategy processes and reporting, and ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination skillsBasic programming knowledge to support automationKnowledge of basic financial productsDetail-oriented approachBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
