We are looking for talented individuals who are hungry for growth and can deliver in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers.Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, quant researchers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the product development lifecycle.Work closely with developers to prioritize tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of trading operations and reporting features.Conduct functional testing and validation to ensure that developed features meet specified requirements and quality standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Experience working in financial services, exchange operations, trading, and similar industries.Proven experience (4+ years) in product management, with a focus on functional requirements for web applications.Understanding of crypto markets, and derivative products - futures and options is desirable.Experience working in cross-functional agile teams and collaborating with developers, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions to drive product success.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
