Role OverviewWe're seeking a creative professional who can craft performance-driven ad content across various digital platforms. This includes developing concepts, storyboards, and scripts for short-form videos, user-generated content, and motion ads.The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for storytelling and visual craft, as well as the ability to coordinate production and deliver high-quality content on time.This role requires a collaborative mindset, with a focus on working closely with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking ad performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing future creatives to drive conversions.In addition, this role involves ensuring all content aligns with the brand's tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story. This includes maintaining a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns, as well as adapting creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Creative Concept & Production:Develop ad concepts and storyboards that bring Nanobag's brand values and unique selling points to life.Write engaging scripts and captions for short-form videos, UGC, and motion ads.Coordinate production (shooting, editing, or briefing creators) to deliver high-quality content.Repurpose assets for multiple formats — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.Performance & Iteration:Collaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts.Track ad performance data to identify what resonates and optimize future creatives.Continuously A/B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions.Brand & Messaging Consistency:Ensure all content aligns with Nanobag's tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story.Maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns.Adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.
