As a seasoned Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design and creative output. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our design and creative deliverables align with client expectations and are executed within stipulated timelines.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic planning of layouts, concept designing of interior fit-outs of commercial & residential spaces within defined deadlines• Managing a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs as per client requirements and budget constraints• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, engaging with them throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal procurement and site execution teams• Selecting suitable material finishes for approval by clients• Coordinating schedules for projects involving furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc.• Working with Graphic Designers to create wallpaper designs and other graphic elements as per client feedback• Overseeing working drawings/technical drawings and coordinating their execution on-siteSkills:• Minimum 4 years' experience in designing corporate & residential spaces, with expertise in interior elements and building structures• Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with local design codes• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly, and long-term objectives• Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs, leading high-profile projects• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and ability to present design concepts effectively• Process-oriented, results-driven approach with the ability to motivate team members• Comprehensive knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and technical drawings• Understanding of client engagement and project coordination• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstancesExposure to:• Proficiency in Autocad, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup, and 3DS-Max• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent decision-making abilities• Attention to detail and organizational skills
