Lead Motion Designer and Post-Production SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned Motion & Post-Production Lead to spearhead the development of high-end motion design, CGI, and post-production solutions within our innovative global creative production hub.This role combines technical expertise with artistic vision, ensuring seamless delivery across motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors in bringing static campaigns to life through cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.End-to-End Motion & Post-Production Leadership:Oversee the entire motion and post-production pipeline from storyboard to final delivery.Promote excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensure the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Creative & Technical Execution:Become hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows using industry-standard tools like After Effects, Nuke, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve.Direct and review the work of designers, compositors, and editors to maintain the studio's creative benchmark.Introduce new motion design techniques, animation trends, and post-production workflows to enhance storytelling.Supervise pack-shot adaptation, beauty retouching, and complex compositing across global campaigns.Workflow, Process & Quality Governance:Establish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects across short-form, digital, and broadcast media.Define rendering, file-management, and QC standards to ensure delivery consistency.Partner with automation and technology teams to identify automation or AI-assisted opportunities.Manage studio capacity, scheduling, and quality control for multiple simultaneous projects.Team Development & Capability Growth:Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.Drive internal training on new software, motion trends, and cinematic design principles.Build a strong creative feedback culture, balancing mentorship with performance accountability.Partner with recruitment to onboard top creative and technical talent in the motion and post-production space.Collaboration & Integration:Work closely with regional teams to align motion output with campaign needs and market nuances.Collaborate with Digital, Print, and Automation teams to ensure seamless integration of motion assets in multi-channel campaigns.Engage in new business pitches and creative development discussions, providing technical insight and creative elevation.The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 15 years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, Flame, and DaVinci Resolve.A strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.A keen eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motion.
