Job Title: Data Science ProfessionalJob Summary:We're seeking an experienced Data Science Professional to join our team and help us drive innovation in AI-driven skill assessment and career development.Key Responsibilities:Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking.Apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences.Create and utilize embeddings to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resources.Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performance.Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and modeling.Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate results.Train machine learning models using large datasets, and evaluate their performance using appropriate metrics.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.Requirements:3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.Experience with clustering, embedding, similarity analysis, and segmentation analytics.Proficiency in statistical science, including K-Means, Cosine Similarity, and other relevant methods.Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.A strong portfolio of data science projects demonstrating your skills and experience.Benefits:We offer a dynamic and innovative work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a competitive compensation package.Why Work with Us:We're a team of passionate professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our users and clients.
