Job OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced mobile application tester to strengthen the quality foundation of our native iOS applications.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in manual testing, exploratory testing, and mobile UI automation, with the ability to scale automation frameworks and ensure reliable execution at cloud scale.This role involves working closely with product, design, and engineering teams to embed quality early, maintain a stable automation suite, and help deliver highly polished, high-performing iOS experiences for mobile products.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute detailed test plans for new features, covering functional, integration, and regression testing across real devices and simulators.Acceptance Criteria Review: Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to refine feature requirements and define clear, measurable Acceptance Criteria before development begins.Bug Investigation & Reporting: Conduct root cause analysis for failures, identify reproducible steps, and log high-quality bugs with complete technical detail.iOS UI Automation: Build, maintain, and scale automated UI test scripts for native iOS applications using Swift and XCUITest.Automation Suite Management: Manage, run, and optimize automation suites on the LambdaTest cloud platform across diverse device and OS combinations.CI/CD Quality Integration: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quick, reliable quality gates and support continuous delivery.Test Stability & Maintenance: Monitor automation performance, identify flaky tests, analyze pass/fail patterns, and ensure the suite provides stable, trustworthy feedback.Quality Advocacy: Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews to promote Shift-Left testing and raise overall engineering quality standards.Debugging & Developer Tools Usage: Use Xcode, device logs, and network inspection tools to validate issues, troubleshoot failures, and support developers in reproducing defects.Requirements:The successful candidate will possess:Strong Knowledge of Manual Testing: Experience with manual testing methodologies, including exploratory testing and test case development.UI Automation Expertise: Proficiency in building, maintaining, and scaling automated UI test scripts using Swift and XCUITest.CLOUD-Based Automation: Ability to manage, run, and optimize automation suites on the LambdaTest cloud platform.CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for quick, reliable quality gates.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Swift, XCUITest, and related technologies, as well as strong knowledge of iOS development principles and practices.Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Why Choose This Role?This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging mobile experiences.
