Seeking an exceptional Mobile Application Developer with a strong background in React Native to lead the creation of high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms using React Native.Responsibilities include architecting and building applications using both Expo and React Native CLI depending on project requirements, managing the entire app lifecycle from concept and design to coding, testing, and deployment, communicating directly with international clients and articulating technical concepts, progress updates, and blockers clearly in English.The successful candidate will be skilled in leveraging native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms, diagnosing and fixing bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.A strong understanding of state management patterns and integration using Redux Toolkit / Context API or similar libraries is required.Experience in building responsive UIs using frameworks like NativeBase, React Native Paper, or Tamagui is essential, as well as proficiency in Styled Components or Tailwind CSS (NativeWind).Experience: 2+ years of proven professional experience in React Native development.Dual-Environment Mastery: The candidate must be comfortable working with both Expo and Native CLI.Published Apps: A portfolio showcasing successfully deployed and published applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is required.Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are necessary, as the candidate will be expected to attend stand-ups and requirement-gathering calls with clients.While core mastery of React Native is essential, we strongly prefer candidates who have a background in React.js (Web) and Node.js.
