In the Central Consumer Products Business Unit, you’ll be part of the control tower that drives brand partnerships, pricing, go-to-market campaigns, and commercial execution across multiple countries.


Role Purpose:

Be the engine that keeps our brands moving. As Commercial Executive, you’ll take ownership of pricing, orders, and sales data, ensuring that every brand we represent runs with precision and speed. You won’t just follow up — you’ll execute end-to-end processes, represent Scale Global in operational calls with brand partners, and make sure our markets have what they need to deliver growth. This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves structure, accuracy, and impact — and wants to grow into a commercial leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute pricing packs, discount structures, and order forms; ensure they are implemented correctly across distributor systems.
  • Drive the PO lifecycle: create orders, track shipments, resolve delivery delays, and escalate issues until closure.
  • Own sales trackers: maintain accurate sell-in/sell-out data, monitor DOS, and deliver weekly reporting.
  • Prepare draft demand forecasts (using sales history, DOS, pipeline inputs) for Category Manager review.
  • Represent the CM in brand calls for pricing, orders, and forecast updates.
  • Execute onboarding readiness: BRP/PRM checklist follow-ups, confirm first-PO closure.
  • Deliver reporting inputs and commercial insights for QBRs with brand principals.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years in FMCG/consumer commercial execution (sales support, distributor management, or key account ops).
  • Strong skills in Excel/BI tools, pricing, and reporting.
  • Execution-driven: ability to own and close processes, not just coordinate.
  • Professional communication skills for external brand-facing interactions.
  • Aspiration to grow into Account Manager or commercial leadership roles.
