Create career development pathways and training road maps to ensure employee progression and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Training & Development- Develop and implement cutting-edge training programs that incorporate innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content that addresses specific business needs and objectives.- Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.Process Improvement & Learning Technologies- Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance training accessibility, effectiveness, and efficiency.- Ensure the seamless integration of AI-based and automation-driven learning management systems to streamline training processes.- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation among team members.
