Deliver exceptional value to clients by creating tailored training solutions that combine technical expertise with commercial acumen.As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical and business challenges, and craft innovative training programs that drive value and support sales initiatives.This role involves strategic engagement with the sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and serving as a trusted advisor in the realm of training and development.The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.They should also be able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously, and think creatively and strategically.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for training to enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall sales strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in the realm of training and development, ensuring a clear understanding of their training needs and pain points.Engage with key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and integrate these insights into the training programs.Serve as a bridge between technical solutions and commercial interests, ensuring that training programs align with both technical requirements and business objectives.Skills and Qualifications:Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously.Creative and strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.Certification in training, instructional design, or related field.Experience in designing and delivering training in a corporate environment.A strong network within the industry and a track record of successful business development.Experience with graphic design and layout tools to enhance proposal visuals.Certification in proposal writing or management from recognized organizations.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.Proven experience in solution architecture, training, and a strong understanding of sales processes.Proven experience in technical proposal writing, preferably in the IT, engineering, or related technical fields.Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
