About the roleWe are seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to join our product engineering team. As a leading member of the team, you will shape and own Zeller's commitment to excellent and highly available service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Dive into hands-on service delivery while guiding junior engineers and providing expertise on products and workflows.Act as a primary point of contact for escalated product issues from account and customer success teams, driving pace of resolution and clear communication.Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging technical expertise and collaborating with partner teams.Develop skills in application monitoring using logs, data stores, internal tools, and dashboards.Participate in incident response, responding to alerts and contributing to maintaining high availability of services.Requirements:A strong background in software development, preferably with experience in customer-facing products.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, including familiarity with AWS services.Strong communication skills, enabling effective partnerships with engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams.Demonstrated experience in change management, incident response, and collaboration across departments.Familiarity with release management toolsets and service reporting tools is an advantage.What We Offer:The opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a growing company at the forefront of reimagining business banking and payments.The chance to develop your skills and contribute to shaping the company's mission-critical financial services.A dynamic team atmosphere that fosters growth, innovation, and camaraderie.
