This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi for a Community Manager at Claro Energy. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, managing community initiatives, coordinating outreach programs, and fostering relationships with local communities. Some remote work is acceptable.
- Community Engagement, Stakeholder Management, and Outreach Coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working with rural communities and understanding their needs
- Project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies
- Proficiency in local languages/dialects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Environmental Studies, or related field
