Logistics Talent Acquisition SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Logistics Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position located in Gurugram, Haryana. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.This role requires a strong understanding of logistics workforce dynamics and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-state operational environment. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and logistics industry standards.Support recruitment efforts for corporate roles; coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation.Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records and reporting.Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate training programs related to safety, compliance, and professional development.Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and third-party providers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in the U.S. logistics or transportation industry.Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.Preferred SkillsExcellent communication skills.Note: Please share your resume at hr@jssonslogistics.com
