Contract Implementation Specialist OpportunityThis is a high-priority role that sits at the core of contracting transformations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, designing systems and workflows, implementing configurations, testing data migration, and providing user training.The specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders, such as legal, procurement, commercial, and technology teams, to translate business requirements into functional specifications.CLM Platform Implementation Expertise: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CLM implementations, including project management, configuration, and workflow design.Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to influence senior teams and drive alignment across global teams.Process Improvement & CLM Governance: The specialist will assess current processes, design improvements, and prioritize enhancements to enhance automation, efficiency, and compliance.Documentation & Knowledge Enablement: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, developing training materials, and supporting new features and processes are key responsibilities.Metadata Extraction, AI Configuration & Data Quality: Configuring metadata, working with AI/NLP tools, and refining prompts to improve extraction accuracy are critical tasks.Project Management: Supporting project management activities related to CLM implementations, managing project plans, tracking activities, and preparing status updates are essential.Required Skills & Qualifications:Essential:Extensive hands-on experience with CLM implementations, including configuration and workflow design.Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior teams.Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and workflow issues.Experience with CLM data structures, metadata, obligations, and template governance.Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.Experience working in global or distributed teams.Benefits:A career in this field offers numerous opportunities for growth and development.
