We're seeking a skilled OneSignal CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Expert with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing and automation. In this role, you'll design, implement, and optimize cross-channel customer journeys that drive engagement, retention, and long-term growth.Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of CLM programs in OneSignal (push, in-app, SMS, and email).- Build and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalized messaging strategies.- Develop automated lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.- Partner with product, growth, and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and business objectives.- Track key performance metrics (CTR, conversions, churn, LTV) and apply insights to improve campaign results.- Stay current with OneSignal best practices and contribute ideas to enhance our lifecycle marketing stack.Requirements- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing, with direct expertise in OneSignal.- Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation, and event-based triggers.- Proven ability to execute A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data.- Analytical and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.- Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.- (Bonus) Experience with mobile apps, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.Why Join Us?- Play a key role in shaping customer lifecycle strategy from day one.- Work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a global team.- Flexible remote-first setup with opportunities for growth and innovation.
