Overview The Salesforce Developer/Sr. Developer is a crucial role within the organization, primarily responsible for the design, development, and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive user engagement. As a pivotal member of the development team, the individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and other developers to ensure that all customization meets organizational requirements and adheres to best practices. In this role, the candidate will utilize their technical expertise to build and maintain applications utilizing the Salesforce platform, significantly contributing to the optimization of the company's CRM capabilities. This position not only demands strong technical skills but also requires effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identify opportunities for system improvements. Ultimately, the Salesforce Developer/Sr. Developer will play a fundamental role in maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment and ensuring a seamless user experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications through continuous updates and optimizations.Design and implement scalable and efficient data models in Salesforce.Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate third-party applications with Salesforce.Participate in Agile development methodology, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.Document technical specifications and ensure comprehensive documentation of developed solutions.Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and new features.Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide estimates for new features.Ensure data quality and integrity across the Salesforce platform.Participate in deployment processes and change management activities.Provide technical support and training to end-users as required. Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in Salesforce development or architecture.Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Ability to develop and manage complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.Experience with SQL and database management.Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.Understanding of CRM systems and business processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Experience with Agile development practices.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
