We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Absence Management Specialist.This role requires a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in absence management, time tracking, and payroll integration.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules, ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management to meet client-specific policies and statutory requirements.Set up absence plans, eligibility rules, and approval workflows for efficient absence management.Configure and implement Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to ensure efficient time tracking and approval processes.Manage the transfer of payroll-related data such as time records, absence data, and adjustments between Oracle HCM and ADP Payroll.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements related to absence management, time tracking, and payroll.Translate these requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions, bridging the gap between HR needs and system capabilities.RequirementsStrong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in absence management and time tracking.Hands-on experience in integrating Oracle Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) with ADP Payroll solutions.Ability to design, configure, and implement complex absence management workflows.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues.Proficiency in using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration tools.
