Lead Test ManagerJob Overview:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations to ensure seamless execution.Conduct rigorous decision integration testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs and decision outcomes.Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm accurate implementation of business logic.Utilize SAS to extract, validate and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test result records for all testing cycles.Design and maintain Excel-based validation templates and reporting to support business stakeholders in reviewing outcomes.Guarantee go-live readiness through UAT sign-offs and ensure audit-ready documentation of results.Required Skills & Qualifications:Expert-level SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation and validation.Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g., application, behavior or collections strategies).Hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).High proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation and reporting.Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut-offs, overrides).Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
