Travel Sales Executive (USA Process) Location: Noida / Work From Office Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our USA travel process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling flight tickets, handling inbound/outbound travel inquiries, and closing high-value sales in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls from US customers regarding flight bookings, reservations, date changes, and cancellations. Sell flight tickets (domestic & international) using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo). Provide the best available fares, alternative travel options, and upsell relevant services. Convert leads into successful bookings with high closing ratio . Ensure accuracy while issuing, reissuing, voiding, and refunding tickets. Maintain excellent customer service and deliver a professional experience. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Keep up-to-date with airline rules, policies, and promotional fares. Follow company compliance and quality guidelines. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US travel sales (flight sales required). Strong knowledge of GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Excellent communication skills with a clear and fluent accent. Proven track record of high conversions and achieving sales targets. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Must not be involved in any fraudulent process in past roles.
