Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in leading end-to-end project delivery for technical and operational initiatives. This position serves as the central point of coordination across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with business goals.The ideal candidate drives outcomes, promotes accountability, and builds predictable, scalable project practices that enable high-quality product delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery for technical and operational projects.Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.Develop and manage project and milestone plans that provide visibility, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes.Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and status checkpoints to maintain alignment and accountability.Monitor schedule, scope, resource allocation, and risk to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.BenefitsThis role requires flexibility and work during US hours at least till 5 pm EST, which is essential for this position & must also have their own system/work setup for remote work.
