Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of our products, solutions, and services via phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage initial customer interactions for both Sales and After-Sales support.
- Achieve revenue goals for a range of products, including strain gauges, optical sensors, load cells, force sensors, torque sensors, microphones, accelerometers, signal conditioners, DAQ systems, and measurement software.
- Conduct technical communications with customers, demonstrating products online and highlighting unique selling points.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and rapport-building.
- Provide technical information, prepare quotations, and assist customers with system configuration and product selection.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations using CRM systems.
- Manage the sales process, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with service departments to support service sales activities and after-sales support.
- Provide feedback through reports and forecasts and actively contribute during meetings.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Physics, Mechanics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, Electromechanical Engineering, Measurement, or Control.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with sensors, measurement instruments, automation, control, signal acquisition, and processing.
Personal Skills:
- Proven track record in sales within the related industry.
- Technical experience with products like load cells, strain gauges, force and torque sensors, microphones, and DAQ systems.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and spoken Hindi; proficiency in other Indian languages is a plus.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, MS CRM, and SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
