Inside Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at **LEVEL UP STC**. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our educational technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales deals. Your excellent communication skills and passion for education will contribute to our mission of transforming the learning landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
- Identify and research potential clients in the education sector.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and prioritize them for follow-up.
**Consultative Selling**:
- Understand potential clients' needs and pain points in the education space.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
- Tailor solutions to address the unique challenges faced by each client.
**Relationship Building**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, nurturing them throughout the sales cycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and information about our products and services.
**Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and handle objections effectively.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
**Market Insights**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the edtech or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver compelling product presentations and handle objections.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a quick learner.
