Job Brief:We are looking for an enthusiastic, smart HR Recruiter professional with experience in HR Recruitment profile, to implement a variety of human resource programs related to Resource management.The HR department will depend on your assistance in focusing on Talent acquisition responsibilities.If you are looking to kick start your career or showcasing your expertise in Resource management, this is the place to be.The goal is to ensure the hiring of resources in operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Job Description:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying candidates through diverse channelsUsage of portal - Naukri; Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing Successful track-record as a Recruiter for internal hiringExceptional negotiation skills and ability to find common ground in negotiationsOrganizing from start to end Campus Recruitment Drives at different collegesResponsible for coordinating with all departments regarding internal resource requirementsOn boarding & Off boarding of the candidates Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a fast pace agency environmentAble to recognize, based on experience, what the perfect candidate looks like for any given job descriptionAn out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands-on execution abilities to search for niche technical skillsProfessional, Adaptable and ResilientGoal oriented; have desire to be successfulConduct technical interviews to obtain candidate's IT skills. Should know how to efficiently work on Outlook, WORD, Excel, Google spreadsheetsExcellent written & verbal communication and active listening skillsRequired Skills and Experience:Post Graduate (MBA) in HR stream.Should have minimum 0-6 month of Talent acquisition (recruitment) experienceSmart Personality and AdaptableWe work in US Shift; candidate should be comfortable to work in Night ShiftZealous to make career in RecruitmentFacilities: Salary + Cab (Pick and Drop) + Ease-of-work environmentNight shiftWork location: Noida Sector 60Experience: 0-6 month
