This role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of EdTech trends and offerings. If you are passionate about education and have a knack for counseling, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities:Counsel prospective candidates (students/working professionals/parents) on suitable learning programsConduct detailed needs assessments to align academic and career goalsFollow up on leads via phone, email, and other channels to drive enrollmentsProvide accurate information about course content, structure, duration, and outcomesStay updated on EdTech trends and offerings for personalized guidanceCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet enrollment targetsBuild and maintain relationships to ensure smooth onboardingTrack and record all student interactions and status in CRM systemsOffer post-enrollment support and resolve student queriesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology and have at least 6 months of experience in counseling or EdTech sales. Additionally, you should have strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as familiarity with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
