Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperExperience Required: 7+ Years (Relv-6 Years in SFMC) Location: Chennai/BangaloreJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with over 5 years of relevant experience in email marketing, marketing automation, and front-end development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SFMC tools and technologies, including AMPscript, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Cloud Pages.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement responsive email templates using AMPscript.Build and maintain Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMPscript.Work with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder.Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, automation jobs, and dynamic templates.Create and manage custom queries, segmentation strategies, and triggered email campaigns.Integrate Marketing Cloud with external databases and marketing automation platforms.Apply deep understanding of SFMC’s contact data model to ensure data integrity and personalization.Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of email campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microsites, websites, and landing pages.Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project progress and challenges.Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.Familiarity with Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder.Understanding of data integration and segmentation strategies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
