As part of our growing Salesforce practice, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with deep technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and a strong background in Salesforce platform development and integration.Location - Ranchi/Pune/Bengaluru (Hybrid)Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer who can design, develop, and optimize scalable data-driven solutions using Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, APIs), end-to-end Data Cloud implementations, and a strong understanding of data ingestion, unification, segmentation, and activation in the Data Cloud ecosystem.This role requires close collaboration with solution architects, data engineers, and DevOps teams to build performant, enterprise-grade Salesforce Data Cloud applications and pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Data Cloud DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deploy scalable Data Cloud solutions including:Data ingestion from multiple sources via connectors, APIs, and data streamsIdentity resolution, entity unification, and profile enrichmentSegmentation, calculated insights, and audience activationReal-time data activation across Marketing Cloud, Ads, and external systemsDevelop and maintain Data Cloud data models, transformations, harmonization rules, and data mapping logicAutomate data synchronization and error handling through APIs and orchestration flowsSalesforce Platform DevelopmentDevelop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and FlowBuild integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectureExtend Salesforce core modules such as Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud for seamless integration with Data CloudArchitecture, Performance & GovernanceCollaborate with architects on data pipeline design, scalability, and optimizationImplement data governance, consent management, and privacy controls aligned with enterprise and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure high-performance ingestion, segmentation, and activation pipelines through proactive monitoring and tuningCollaboration & Technical LeadershipWork with business and analytics teams to define use cases for personalization, segmentation, and reportingProvide technical documentation, design blueprints, and code reviews to ensure maintainability and best practicesMentor junior developers and contribute to the evolution of Salesforce Data Cloud engineering standards across the organizationQualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Experience: 7+ years of Salesforce platform development experience with strong expertise in:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integration, and declarative tools.Hands-on work across at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud.Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, data transformations, and real-time data activation.Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and API-based integrations.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and cross-team communication skills.Certifications:Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (required)Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (required)Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (preferred)Nice to Have:Experience with tools like Snowflake, Tableau CRM, MuleSoft, or Marketing Cloud.Familiarity with CDP/MDM platforms and identity resolution strategies.Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
