Job OverviewThe Client Data Management Lead will oversee a team responsible for managing the client data book of work, ensuring data integrity and process standardization. This role requires delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop strategic direction for the CDM team, aligning with organizational objectives.Establish governance frameworks and performance management processes.Drive expansion of CDM services across regions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Book of Work & Data Management:Oversee timely execution of deliverables related to KYC BOW management.Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across multiple systems.Conduct regular process audits and implement improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.Reporting & Analytics:Design standardized reporting frameworks using Power BI and other visualization tools.Deliver accurate and timely MIS reports to senior management and stakeholders.Introduce advanced analytics techniques to support strategic initiatives.Automation & Optimization:Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.Lead ad-hoc automation projects from concept to delivery, ensuring measurable impact.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.Team Development:Recruit/mentor and/or develop team members to build a high-performing unit.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.Provide ongoing training and career development opportunities.
