The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, a mentor to the recruitment team, and a key contributor to shaping long-term talent strategies.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lead full life cycle recruitment and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across business and technology domains. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify future talent needs and design effective, data-driven hiring strategies. Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency across all touchpoints. Build and sustain strong partnerships with external vendors; evaluate new vendors and solutions to enhance hiring capabilities. Mentor and manage the recruitment team by setting clear performance goals, KPIs, and tracking progress toward objectives. Collaborate across functions to align recruitment initiatives with broader organizational and talent strategies. Foster a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team. Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and problem-solving. Manage ambiguity effectively while maintaining focus on key deliverables. Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professional conduct. Qualifications Minimum 13+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment. Full-time MBA or equivalent degree in HR or a related discipline. Proven experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies focused on candidate experience, diversity, and efficiency. At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a delivery center or large-scale recruitment setup. Demonstrated success in high-volume technology hiring and stakeholder management. Strong analytical mindset with experience in using recruitment tools and data-driven reporting. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Target-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
