Job Title:Hiring ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a Hiring Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment: Assist in reviewing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Onboarding: Prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires. Assist in arranging onboarding requirements for new hires like ID card, email id request etc.Employee Relations: Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HR database. Process HR paperwork, including Candidates CV's, Interview Assessments etc Assist in creating and maintaining HR reports and metrics.RequirementsEducational Background: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
