ServiceNow ITSM Development OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale ServiceNow applications and systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop technical design documents from business requirementsGather strong requirements and implement ServiceNow solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project successMaintain and improve existing ServiceNow applications and systemsDevelop and implement custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)Participate in the development of technical design documents and solution architectureWork closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needsProvide expertise on ServiceNow platform customization and implementationRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform customization and implementationStrong programming skills in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languagesDemonstrated understanding of ITIL practicesExcellent written and oral communication skillsServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, is a must and preferred in ITSM Product linesITIL v3 certificationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong presentation development and Customer Presentation skillsSuccessful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilitiesWe offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for growth and development.
