This role focuses on building a growth engine for a performance-driven digital marketing agency.Key Responsibilities:Revenue & Growth Strategy:Own annual and quarterly revenue targets across services (Performance Marketing, SEO, Creative, Influencer, Media Buying, etc.)Design and execute scalable business development and partnership strategiesIdentify new market segments, industries, and high-LTV client opportunitiesBuild predictable pipelines instead of one-off winsClient Acquisition & Closures:Lead enterprise and mid-market deal closures personallyDrive consultative selling—understand client business, not just marketing spendsNegotiate commercials, retainers, and long-term contractsEnsure strong handover from sales to account managementTeam Building & Leadership:Build, train, and scale the BD and sales teamDefine sales processes, pitch frameworks, pricing logic, and CRM hygieneSet clear KPIs, performance dashboards, and incentive structuresMentor managers and create future leadersCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with performance, creative, and strategy teams to align promises with deliveryTranslate market feedback into service improvements and new offeringsSupport branding and thought-leadership initiatives to strengthen market positioningPartnerships & Alliances:Build strategic alliances with platforms, startups, brands, and ecosystemsExplore inbound partnerships, referrals, and channel sales opportunitiesRequirements:Proven track record of closing high-value deals and scaling revenueStrong understanding of digital marketing economics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, retainers)Experience building and managing high-performance sales teamsExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsData-driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline disciplineEntrepreneurial attitude—you think like an owner, not an employee
