Job Summary:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing team at Murf.ai, committed to pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling and user experience. We're looking for a visionary Creative Lead to join us on this exciting journey. As our creative compass, you'll inspire and empower a team of talented designers to craft captivating visuals that tell our brand's story and leave a lasting impression. You will spearhead the development of compelling visual concepts that perfectly align with our brand's strategy and resonate deeply with our target audience.

In this pivotal role, you'll also forge a strong partnership with other teams, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across all touchpoints. As we expand our reach and impact, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our brand, ensuring that every visual element embodies our values and fosters a meaningful connection with our community.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Leadership:
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the design team, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Set clear design objectives and ensure deliveries are on time and are up to standards.
  • Visual Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive visual strategy that reinforces our brand's identity and messaging.
  • Stay abreast of design trends and technologies, ensuring our visual output remains fresh and innovative.
  • Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Creative Execution:
  • Oversee the creation of all visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand & content teams to ensure alignment between visual output and brand messaging.
  • Work closely with the Product Design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Innovation:
  • Encourage experimentation and exploration of new design techniques and approaches.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media content, and other initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging design technologies.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a creative team.
  • Proficient in design tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), etc.
  • A passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
