The candidate will be responsible for executing the company's sales and marketing strategy. The goal is to build and promote company's brands and expand the market share in the respective therapeutic area. You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and driving your sales team towards set target and objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Bangalore operations and sales targets.
  • Lead a large team of MRs across Bangalore and nearby cities.
  • Achieve set targets within agreed budget and timeline.
  • Build a loyal customer base.
  • Manage and coach sales team.
  • Assist in developing the annual marketing and sales plans.
  • Market analysis and improvising company strategy.
  • Manage stockist relationship and optimize inventory.


Qualifications

  • B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Pharma - Pharmacy
  • Previous Sales experience in the pharma industry required
  • Successful track record as ASM with a good banner and respectable sales volume
  • Good communications skills.
