Job Summary: As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our global e-commerce product catalog.You'll combine analytical precision with creative problem-solving—ensuring every product is well-represented, discoverable, and optimized for performance.In this role, you will report to the team lead and collaborate closely with Marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to maintain a high-quality product catalog, align content with campaigns, and deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.Manage and maintain product listings within the PIM system and e-commerce platform (creation, updates, and maintenance).Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data, descriptions, attributes, and pricing.Merchandise and optimize product presentation, including visuals, layouts, and SEO-friendly content.Test new product setups to ensure correct display and functionality in the shop front end.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align product content with promotional campaigns and launches.Support daily e-commerce operations and identify process improvements for catalog efficiency and customer engagement.Contribute creative ideas to enhance the online product discovery and browsing experience.Required Skills and Qualifications:Analytical precision with creative problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product information management systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Benefits:Opportunity to work on a dynamic and growing e-commerce platform.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional development opportunities.Others:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working hours and remote work options.
