The Role We are looking for an Influencer Marketer who can confidently lead creator partnerships and community initiatives end to end. You will scout the right talent, negotiate clear deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure every asset meets our quality and brand standards. Beyond campaign execution, you will play a pivotal role in community building, creating spaces for creators to connect with the brand offline. What you may work on: Identifying creators who fit the brand’s aesthetic and campaign needs Conceptualizing and organizing offline events, meetups, and exclusive experiences Building strong partnerships and negotiating clear deliverables, timelines, and budgets Managing the full workflow from outreach and briefing to delivery and approvals Coordinating product dispatch, shoot requirements, and go-live schedules Reviewing content for accuracy, quality, and platform readiness Tracking progress, feedback loops, and maintaining clean documentation What you’ll bring Confident communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of short-form content and social platform trends Ability to evaluate creators on audience fit, storytelling, and relevance Skill in handling multiple creators while keeping processes smooth and timely A sharp eye for content quality and brand alignment Structured planning, tracking, and follow-up habits Comfort giving clear, actionable feedback You will be preferred if you have the following Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or community building. Relationships with creators, agencies, or managers Understanding of jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle content Familiarity with Google Workspace and influencer tools.
