About Community and Customer Success Manager PositionJob Description:This role involves building strong relationships with users, including farmers, agronomists, field officers, and enterprise clients. Building, managing, and nurturing a community of farmers, field users, and enterprise clients. Managing online and offline community engagement. Pulling in experts to answer technical or advisory questions when needed. Handling user queries through various channels. Providing step-by-step guidance and escalating issues to experts. Monitoring user satisfaction and ensuring users find value in the platform. Welcome new users through onboarding calls and guidance. Ensuring every paying user understands how to use the platform effectively. Providing usage tips and recommendations based on user needs. Identifying patterns such as inactive users or drop-offs and taking proactive measures. Organizing and coordinating events: demos, workshops, farmer meetings, partner sessions. Managing logistics end-to-end. Capturing event photos, videos, and write-ups for documentation. Tracking and analyzing user feedback. Communicating insights to product, tech, and agronomy teams. Conducting surveys and satisfaction assessments. Assisting the sales team with warm leads from the community. Converting trial users to paying customers through education and relationship management. Providing product walkthroughs during early adoption phases.
