Role Description

It is an assistantl job, and the salary offer is 2.5 lac per annum to 3.25 lakh, and it is not negotiable above that)


 

Role Definition

 

An assistant designer and planner help an organization to plan and develop concepts, patterns, silhouettes, artwork , and other supporting assets used in the creation and support of a new, collection, or campaign and assists in the execution of these designs from sketch to final product.

 

Responsibility Deliverable

 

·        Supervising the operation and performing tasks on the production floor

·        Monitoring the team for an effective production process

·        Managing design files, delivery dates and in-between coordination related to products. and coordinating between the operations team and management.


 

Tasks & Activities

 

 

 

 OPERATION TASK

1. specification sheet to master and team to make products correctly with QC.

2.    Give work to HAND EMBROIDER AND PRINTER’S WORK

3.    Get in touch with the direct client after receiving the order and be the point of contact till the dispatch of the order and support in case of complaint.

4.    Planning and co-creating an estimation list for raw material procurement for production and sampling with the team.

5.    Assigning tasks to the production team and helping staff with the requirements in case of requirements.

6.    . (Fabric, Dying, printing, material requirement, and monitoring them by tracking work progress.

7.    Co-create every week production plan ahead, which can be flexible but priorities are to plan.

8.    Assisting Priti Shekhar in planning the exhibition/events.

9.     Keep track of delivery dates and priority orders

MANAGEMENT TASK (HELP OTHERS TO GET WORK DONE)

 Manage and help the assisting staff to give correct data for day-to-day operations.

a)   Consumption of fabric

b)   Consumption of lining and other materials.

c)    Number of pieces produced (CHECK DAILY)

d)   Dispatched with proper QC and measurements of product.

e)   Give information to the client about the product being ready to dispatch and remind them of payment in case of due.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in fashion design, sketching, and fabric selection
  • Knowledge of design software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Degree in Fashion Design or related field
