Job Title: Workplace Design Concept Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Workplace Design Concept Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates an ability to create compelling interior designs for workplace environments. You will be responsible for working closely with the business and sales teams to convert leads into successful profit-earning projects. You must be able to effectively communicate your design concepts and ideas to clients, using story-telling techniques and other engaging forms of communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior workplace design concepts that meet client requirements and specifications.
- Work collaboratively with the business and sales teams to identify potential leads and convert them into profitable projects.
- Conduct research to gather relevant information and inspiration for design concepts.
- Create visual presentations, including sketches, renderings, and other materials to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Use story-telling techniques to convey interesting and engaging information to clients about the design concepts.
- Attend client meetings and presentations to provide design insight and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Workplace Designing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in interior workplace design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and business teams to identify and convert leads into profitable projects.
- Ability to convey design concepts using story-telling techniques and other engaging forms of communication.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other presentation related programs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
