Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and motivated 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in creating 3D models and executing detailed construction phases animation using SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, and similar software. They should also be well-versed in video editing software to deliver comprehensive end-to-end videos of our projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Create high-quality 3D models for various projects, including buildings, landscapes, and interiors.
  • Execute detailed construction phase animations to clearly communicate project stages.
  • Utilize SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, and other relevant software to produce realistic visualizations.
  • Edit and produce final video outputs using video editing software.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure visualizations meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new software and techniques to stay current in the field of 3D visualization.
  • Apply excellent taste in materials, colours, typography, and overall design aesthetics to all visualizations.
  • Ensure all visualizations accurately reflect project specifications and design intent.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Twin motion, Lumion, and other relevant 3D visualization software.
  • Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
  • Excellent understanding of architectural and construction phases and the ability to visualize these processes.
  • Strong eye for detail and design, including materials, colours, typography, and overall aesthetics.
  • Ability to create photorealistic renders and animations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and a keen curiosity to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Education and Qualifications:


  • A degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and experience in 3D visualization and animation.
