The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.


  • Continuously monitor value stream mapping and ensure the application of Lean tools and methodologies in improvement projects.
  • Possess knowledge of manufacturing excellence, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing processes.
  • Develop plans to integrate the Six Sigma approach into the business strategy, delivering cost and process enhancements.
  • Train, support, and coach plant leadership teams in areas ranging from statistics to change management and process design strategies.
  • Guide plant leadership in enhancing performance and optimizing cash flow to support business growth through manufacturing excellence methodologies.
  • Monitor and ensure that teams actively apply Lean processes and Six Sigma correctly to address chronic problems, eliminate waste, and plan new products.
  • Oversee progress to ensure that each location aligns projects with business objectives and the strategic plan.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify savings projects across categories like Lean, Six Sigma, technology roadmaps, and material sourcing.
  • Work in coordination with project leaders to ensure adherence to project schedules, validate project savings, and generate monthly savings reports in alignment with finance.
  • Increase focus on corporate initiatives such as MOST and sustainability.
  • Enhance plant technology efficiency and promote the effective use of SAP, MES, and other electronic media.
  • Drive the implementation roadmap for the 5S methodology and strive for national-level 5S awards.
  • Motivate and encourage the adoption of a Kaizen system across all functions.
  • Support the development of a quality excellence model, ensuring seamless execution through monitoring.
  • Ensure the application of industrial engineering principles in time-motion studies, ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) models, and work balance charts.
  • Provide guidance during budgeting exercises that include labor, raw materials, and packing materials.
  • Drive productivity by identifying projects related to manpower and low-cost automation.
