As a key function in marketing, it focuses on growing revenue from users who have not previously chosen our offerings.Key Responsibilities:Owning quarterly planning, revenue targets, developing detailed campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives to enhance reactivation metricsWorking closely with creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teamsUnderstanding the needs of different internal business units and consumer behavior to formulate content and segmentation strategiesConducting experiments on user segmentation & personalization, with proper testing frameworks, and identifying wins for broader implementationMaintaining a balance of growth with user experience for long-term successNavigating the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintaining strong relationships with platform support teamsConducting root cause analyses on platform and business issues whenever they ariseA suitable candidate will possess:A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
