About the Role:

The Expense Analyst is responsible for managing the review and approval of all global travel and entertainment expense related activities ensuring compliance with company policies. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about data at a granular level and has the ability to work across different platforms and able to learn new platforms quickly. The ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and become a part of the Diversified team while focusing on continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities of the Expense Analyst:

· Process global expense reports per company policies

· Maintain user profiles, audit rules, and knowledge-based articles

· Provide resolutions and track issues via the internal ticketing system

· Provide user support on expense policy, processing, and system issues

· Assist with training, policy updates, and process improvements

· Run monthly reports and support internal/external audits

· Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and improve efficiencies

· Maintain and update T&E resources, ensuring knowledge articles on the intranet remain current

Required Qualifications of the Expense Analyst:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Experience in Accounting, T&E, AP, or AR preferred

· Thorough understanding of Concur Expense Management is a plus

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros is advantageous

· Ability to learn new processes, systems, and technical information quickly

· Experience with data querying, report compilation, and analysis

· Comfortable handling challenges without standard solutions and exploring scalable approaches

· Ability to quickly pick up technical information and learn new processes and systems

· Strong customer service skills required

· Ability to query data, compile reports and provide analysis

· Knowledge of O365

Preferred Qualifications of the Expense Analyst:

· Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skill sets

· Experience in process automation or workflow optimization tools is a plus

· Familiarity with ERP systems

· Adaptable is solving unique challenges and focused on optimizing processes for future scalability
